I used to trust my gut. It was expensive. Now I don't ship anything without understanding why it should work first. Evidence over instinct.
Systems Thinking
The best feeling isn't solving a problem. It's realizing you built something that solved it without you.
High-Drive
Founding a company taught me that speed matters, but so does knowing what to cut. I've kept both habits.
Real Results
Vanity metrics are easy to find. I'm more interested in the ones that actually changed something.
