Meeting → Action Items

Granola transcript → structured notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. Syncs to project management.

About this system

Meetings generate information that often gets lost. Someone takes notes, but the action items aren't tracked, decisions aren't documented, and follow-ups fall through the cracks.

This system captures meeting transcripts from Granola (or any transcription tool) and processes them into structured outputs:

  • Summary of key discussion points
  • Decisions made (with context)
  • Action items with owners and deadlines
  • Follow-up topics for future meetings

The outputs can sync to JIRA, Notion, or your project management tool of choice.
